I will ensure any blockages (i.e. dead birds, birds and wasps nest, fallen masonry, leaves etc). are removed so that your chimney or flue is clean and safe.
Smoke Emission Testing
After sweeping your chimney I will undertake a free smoke emission test. This is to test that smoke and harmful gases are exiting out of your chimney and home correctly.

Insurance Recognised Certificate Issued
Upon satisfactory completion of sweeping your chimney I will issue you a detailed certificate of cleaning. Many insurers will not honour claims for chimney fires where it cannot be shown that the chimney has not been regularly cleaned and maintained.
